Unhealthy Habits

Sometimes it’s the small daily habits—like sugary drinks, snacks, or “just one more treat”—that gradually drain our energy and affect our wellbeing. Many of us reach for sweet comforts out of routine, without realising how much they shape our moods, cravings, and motivation.

The Food, Mind and Body: A Journey to Wellness course helps you break free from automatic habits and replace them with nourishing, empowering choices. If you’re ready to understand what drives your behaviours and take control of your health in a sustainable way, this course is for you.

Emotional Eating

Food is often more than hunger—it can become comfort, reward, escape, or stress relief. Emotional eating can leave you feeling frustrated, stuck in a cycle of guilt, cravings, and low energy.

If you’re tired of feeling controlled by food and want long-term change, this course supports you step by step at your own pace.

About Veronika

I’m a creator and educator with a Level 5 qualification in Health Coaching, and a deep interest in how food, mindset, and everyday habits shape our wellbeing.

Over the past years, I lost 35 kg and significantly improved my health. That personal journey provided me with valuable insights into behaviour change, self-awareness, and sustainable lifestyle choices.

Through Food, Mind and Body, I create courses and resources that encourage reflection, understanding, and gentle habit-building. This space is about learning, not fixing — supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, reduce overwhelm, and make informed choices that fit real life.

My work explores the relationship between nutrition, stress, mindset, and daily routines, offering practical knowledge without pressure, rules, or perfection. Everything here is designed to support wellbeing in a calm, realistic, and human way.
