Refund policy

I hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) following the guidelines below.

Return Timeframe:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Please email me at veronikaslavik@foodmindandbody.co.uk to inform me if you want a refund or exchange before returning the item.

Prepare Your Return:
Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging.

Shipping Your Return:
The return postage is paid by the customer. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped and obtain proof of postage when sending.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

If you requested an exchange, the new item(s) will be dispatched once we receive the returned item(s).

Important Notes:
Sale items and Food, mind and body: A journey to wellness course are non-refundable.

I am not responsible for items lost in return transit; it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service.

Items not meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
