Blackberry chocolate chia pudding (Homemade Low-carb Lifestyle cookbook)

6 tbsp chia seeds
50g dark chocolate
375 ml almond milk
2 tbsp Stevia sweetener
100g blackberries

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a cooking pan with simmering water. Pour the almond milk over the chia seeds, add the sweetener and stir in the hot melted chocolate.
Refrigerate the pudding overnight. Serve the pudding with the blackberries.
